Performance opportunity for young people

Are you aged 18-25 and interested in performance and storytelling? Apply to be a part of Cherry Groce Day.

Acclaimed artists Adjoa Andoh and Sutara Gayle AKA Lorna Gee are leading creative workshops, working with young people to explore themes of justice, healing and community resilience through storytelling, spoken word and music. People of all experience levels can apply.

Spaces are limited so apply below by 11.59pm, Wednesday 27 August.

Timeline

  • 11.59pm, Wednesday 27 August – Applications close
  • From 6.30pm, Wednesday 3 September – Group workshop audition
  • Saturday 20 September – Saturday 27 September – Rehearsals
  • Sunday 28 September – Performance day

All selected participants will get a free ticket to the Variety Show from 7.30pm, Sunday 28 September.
