Community Evening Hire Offer

This new initiative provides accessible and affordable space for local community groups at significantly discounted rates.

We are committed to supporting our local community by providing accessible and affordable spaces for creative, cultural and community-focused activities. As part of our community outreach efforts, we are offering a significantly reduced evening hire rate across all our hire spaces. This initiative is designed to prioritise local community groups, freelancers and grassroots organisations who align with our mission and values. Please note, bookings must be made for a minimum of four slots.

Who is this for?

This offer is specifically for individuals and organisations that: 

  • Are based in or serve the Brixton/Lambeth community.
  • Align with Brixton House’s mission of inclusivity, creativity, and community empowerment. 
  • Need affordable space to develop, rehearse, collaborate, or host events that benefit the local community. 
  • May not have access to other affordable venues due to financial constraints. 

How to apply

To ensure that this offer reaches those who need it most, we have established a simple but thorough application process: 

Step 1 – Expression of interest
Interested groups or individuals must complete the below application form.

Step 2 – Review & assessment
Applications will be reviewed by our Hires team.

Step 3 – Confirmation & booking
Successful applicants will be offered a reduced hire rate and will be supported in booking their space.

Accessibility

Community groups who may not have the resources or ability to fill out the application process online can get in touch with our Hires team for an in-person meeting. A member of our team can fill out the application with you and talk you through the process.
