Tickets can be easily and quickly purchased through our website, 24/7.

By Phone

If you wish to purchase your tickets over the phone, please call our Box Office on 020 7582 7680. Our Box Office is open from 8:30am to 9:30pm – Monday to Saturday and from 10am to 6:00pm on Sundays

Please note: Our building is normally closed to the public on Bank Holidays.

In Person

If you wish to buy tickets in person, at our Box Office, the desk is open from 8:30am to 9:30pm – Monday to Saturday, and from 10am to 6pm on Sundays.

Access Tickets

Access tickets and wheelchair tickets can be purchased online, or through our Box Office. To find more information on Access bookings, please visit our Access Ticketing page.

Access Companion Discount: A 2-4-1 discount for all access companions. Both an Access and an Access Companion ticket need to be purchased at the same time to activate the offer. A customer must also have the “I require a Personal/Essential Companion” tag selected in their customer profile under ‘Other Preferences’.

Paper / E-Tickets

For our Shows, E-Tickets will be authorised as the default. However, Paper tickets are still available to be collected from the Box Office. When you purchase an e-ticket, you will receive them shortly after your confirmation email has been received.

If you cannot find your e-ticket, or your ticket confirmation, please check your junk/other folders in the first instance. If the tickets cannot be found there, please email Box Office at [email protected], or call us on 020 7582 7680, and we will be able to resend them to you!

Concessions & Discounts: 

At Brixton House, we aim to make our tickets as affordable and accessible as possible for all patrons. 

Here are the current concessions and discounts that Brixton House offers: 

  • Keyholders Discount: Brixton House Keyholders receive 10% discount on all Main House Theatre productions in Theatre 1 and 2. This discount is only eligible once the membership has been bought. The membership will also entitle you to Priority Booking. 
  • Over Sixties (60+). 
  • Industry Union Members (Equity/BECTU/SDUK/WBBG/ALB): A membership card will be required upon visiting the theatre. 
  • Students (NUS): A membership/University identification card will be required upon visiting the theatre. 
  • BlueLight Cardholder: A membership card will be required upon visiting the theatre. 
  • D/deaf, Deafened, Hard of Hearing and Disabled – including all hidden disabilities.  
  • Registered Unemployed: Proof of unemployment will be required.

With bookings of 10+ tickets, you will receive on free ticket, for every 10 tickets purchased.  

We offer a schools’ rate of £12.00 per ticket, for UK state schools and £14.00 per ticket, for UK fee-paying schools.  

All large booking enquiries must be made through our Box Office. 

Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations: 

  • If a member of your booking party is feeling unwell, or they are unable to attend due to extenuating circumstances, please contact Box Office as soon as possible. Brixton House will only offer an exchange in tickets if the request is sent up to 24-hours before the start of the performance. After the 24-hour notice period, the exchange will be up to the discretion of the Brixton House Management team. 
  • Brixton House have a strict no-refund policy, and where possible will offer an exchange for another show, or Theatre Credit. All refunds, of any form, will be up to the discretion of the Brixton House Management Team. 
  • In the events that Brixton House must cancel a performance; exchanges for another performance date will be offered in the first instance. If you are unable to attend another date of the run of the show, Theatre Credit will be applied to your account. Theatre Credit will be available on your account for up to 12 months after the refund date.  
  • Brixton House runs differing latecomers’ policies across each show. These are determined by the Production Companies. Brixton House will always adhere to have both latecomers’ entrance points, and readmittance points available. If you arrive after the designated latecomers’ entrance points, you will be turned away from the performance. Brixton House has a strict no-refund policy, and no refunds will be authorised in cases of late admittance. 

Ticketing Terms and Conditions: 

  1. Tickets are issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of Brixton House. Full details available on request. 
  1. Please check your tickets as mistakes cannot always be rectified. 
  1. The Management reserves the right to refuse admission should patrons breach any Rules and Regulations of Brixton House. The Management may on occasions have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons. 
  1. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed. 
  1. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase. The Management cannot be held responsible for any tickets which are lost or stolen. Brixton House reserves the right to cancel ticket bookings which it reasonably suspects have been made fraudulently. 
  1. Tickets are sold subject to the Management’s right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets. Please not that changes to the cast for a performance (including any star casting) will not entitle customers to a refund. 
  1. The unauthorized use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited. Tapes or films may be destroyed. Laser pens, mobile phones, dogs (except assistance dogs) and patron’s own food and drink are also prohibited. 
  1. The Management accept no responsibility for any personal property. 
  1. The Ticket holder has a right only to a seat of a value corresponding to that stated on the ticket and the Management reserve the right to provide alternative seats to those specified on the ticket. 
  1. Ticket holders’ consent to filming and sound recording as members of the audience. 
  1. If a performance is rescheduled, ticket holders will be offered tickets to a rescheduled performance, equivalent to the face value of the ticket. 
  1. All of these terms and conditions are governed by English Law. 
  1. The ticket holder must comply with all relevant statues, safety announcements and venue regulations whilst attending the event. 
  1. Breach of any of these conditions or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall enable the Theatre management to eject you from the venue. 
  1.  For web and telephone sales for non-date related products (i.e. gift vouchers and merchandise but not tickets), a customer will have 14 days in which to cancel the item and the Box Office will provide a refund. 
  1. All tickets, prices, concessions, and offers are subject to availability and can be changed or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
