Description
This workshop focuses on practices that act as keys to unlock and connect the body, mind and spirit. Through somatic exercises focused on breath work and movement exercises drawn from Hip-Hop, Contemporary and Acogny techniques, explore ways to notice and positively respond to your inner self, build embodied confidence and expand creativity.
In this workshop, you will:
- Cultivate body-mind-spirit awareness through somatic movement
- Introduce breath work and grounding techniques to support regulation through a
trauma-sensitive framework - Use the Acogny technique as a tool for embodiment through the cosmos as a
metaphor - Cultivate improvisation as a tool for embodiment and creativity
- Create a safe and inclusive space for exploring inner sensations and responses
