The 392

9 July-12 July

“Cos this sh*t matters. This life I live is an important message…”

A New Play from ALT. Productions

Description

A new bus route cuts through East London. On board, strangers sit shoulder to shoulder, each carrying stories, secrets and something to prove. As the journey unfolds, so does the fear.

Set entirely on a bus travelling from Hoxton to Highbury, The 392 unfolds through a cast of charismatic characters coming from very different worlds, but tied together through a shared suspicion.

Written by award-winning author & poet, Ashley Hickson-Lovence, and adapted for the stage by Olivier and twice Offie-nominated writer/director, Toby Clarke, The 392 is a fresh and theatrically bold take on where London is right now and how a shared shift in perspective could turn out alright.

Content warnings: racism, hate speech, slurs, bodily harm and mention of suicide.
