Free drop-in family activities
Drop in anytime between 12pm–4pm on Tuesday 17 February and Wednesday 18 February for free half term family workshops celebrating Brixton’s rich Latinx heritage.
Explore the art of storytelling through spoken word, rhythm and vibrant visual art, inspired by the colours, sounds and stories of our local Latinx community. Create, imagine and share new tales together at Brixton House.
Important information
- Register for free online or on the door.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Families are welcome to bring a packed lunch.
- Quiet space is available.
Tuesday 17 February
- Drop-in storytelling and craft workshop with Fran Olivares, 12pm-4pm
- Drop-in craft workshop with Fatima Rodriguez, 12pm-4pm
- Dance and movement workshop with Victor Rios, 2pm-2.45pm & 3pm-3.45pm
