Description
Introduction to playwriting is a new 10 weeks beginners’ course for adults who are interested in learning the basic structures as to how to write a 10 minutes theatre play.
Run by playwright Oladipo Agboluaje, you will learn how to write a drama script, for the stage, where you will explore the themes such as the plot, character, dialogue, tone, and historical/fictional content to help you write your first 10 minute play.
At the end of the ten weeks course the scripts will be read out by professional actors in a sharing session.
Participants do not need to have any prior experience in theatre or drama. All that is required is that they are open to attending all the classes starting from October 2022.
